We almost didn't do it. We almost didn't take pictures yesterday, or get together. It was a bit on the chilly side, it was gray and wet, and it was a bit windy for our tastes. But something drew us together and gave us the strength to just go out and give it our all no matter the weather. I'm certainly glad we did because the locations, laughter, and gray skies gave us one of my favorite shoots to date. There's just something to Justin and Katy. I've known them for a couple of years now and watched their love grow seemingly out of nowhere. But now, here they are. More in love than I thought humanly possible, and committing themselves to that life of laughter and passionate love together. They're the absolute real deal, and I am beyond excited for them. So here's to trying new things. To not being afraid to get out of the house and do something you're passionate about. To not letting crappy Michigan weather get you down. It is then, and only then, that you can really expand yourself creatively and subsequently create some sick frames (in my case, anyway). That's why I keep doing it. For Art.
